TLR 014 - VELUX Rigid Glass Lens SUN TUNNEL™ - 14 inch

The Model TLR utilizes a rigid tunnel delivering bright natural light and making it perfect for installations that require longer tunnel lengths. Low profile glass design creates sleek appearance within any shingled roof.

VELUX SUN TUNNEL™ skylights admit passive light from the Sun without the normal heat emitted by electrical light sources.

Highly reflective rigid tunnel

The TLR rigid VELUX SUN TUNNEL™ skylight features a highly reflective tunnel that provides brighter, whiter light output in any application. This makes the Model TLR great for most applications, even those with long tunnel runs or those in areas with less sunlight.

Pitched metal flashing

The TLR SUN TUNNEL skylight features an innovative one-piece pitched metal flashing that is designed to keep out the elements while providing the optimal angle for gathering light from all directions.

Ceiling frame

The TLR VELUX SUN TUNNEL skylight comes with a pre-assembled ceiling ring and paintable ceiling trim ring to complete any look.

Integrated flashing system

The standard Model TLR SUN TUNNEL skylight is designed for low profile roofing materials such as shingles and shakes. Tile flashing is also available.

Installation slope

The TLR VELUX SUN TUNNEL skylight installs on roofs with slopes between 15° (3:12) and 60° (20:12).

Available sizes

Tunnel length

TLR kit includes: (2) 45° degree adjustable elbows and (1) 24” tunnel extension for a total tunnel length of 48”. Additional 24’ tunnel extensions (ZTR 014) can be purchased individually or in bulk.

Low profile glass design

Clear, clean coating keeps glass clean longer. Tempered safety glass. Glass sits 1-inch above flashing.

Diffuser options

TLR VELUX SUN TUNNEL skylight has three diffuser options: frosted diffuser (standard), prismatic diffuser, and the fresnel lens diffuser.

Optional light kit available

The ZTL 114 Electric Light Kit allows your SUN TUNNEL to be a source of illumination at night as well as during the day. This kit installs in minutes inside the tunnel just above the diffuser.
